There are no memberships, fees or costs to you the user. Cross Reference exists to join the Windsor/Essex Body of Believers (WEBB). The hope is that the followers of Christ in the Windsor/Essex area support their like minded brothers and sisters. Christ died for His Church, singular. The intention was to spread, not scatter.
